On September 21, 2019 at The Free Economy Institute you can listen unique training course “Market and Power: Enemies, or Friends?

It seems to you that you have learned everything that is written in official textbooks from economics, but you still feel that you do not understand the essence of modern economic processes? You are confused by the fact that even recognized experts from the economy do not have a single opinion on what and why is happening in the relationship between the market and the state, despite the fact that they obviously studied from the same textbooks? Then you are lucky. This training course will finally help you understand how the economy actually functions, what impact different government bodies have on it, and what is wrong with government experts from the economy.

And most importantly, you will find out how is your well-being and the well-being of people around you depend on the degree of influence of the state on the country's economy.

As a part of the training course, there will be given lectures and discussions on the following topics:

1. The market economy: how necessary is it

2. The government regulation of the economic: aid or oppression

3. Production of goods and services by the state: disappointing consequences

4. State money instead of market money: who suffers from it

5. Taxation: a guarantee of well-being or impoverishment

6. Government industries without state custody: decline or rapid development

Despite the fact that the course, along with practical issues, also covers the fundamental foundations of economics, the course is easy and understandable, including for those who do not have special economic knowledge.

The course will be useful to entrepreneurs, public figures, statesmen and politicians, students of economic (and not only economic) universities - anyone who wants to significantly expand their knowledge of the economy and government regulation.

“Market and power: enemies or friends? ” - This is one of the five courses of a special educational program from modern economic theory, which is organized by The Free Economy Institute. As you can see from the list of topics proposed for discussion, the course is devoted primarily to the phenomenon of the state regulation of the economy. Like all other courses in this educational program, the course is intended to provide real knowledge about the real economy. Provide knowledge about economics that are not taught in the state educational institutions. The goal of the course is to destroy myths and teach students to look at the economy without pink glasses.

The course is given by director of The Free Economy Institute  Michael Chernyshev.

Course duration - 7 hours: four modules of 1.5 hours each with two coffee breaks (15 minutes each) and a lunch break (30 minutes). The course starts at 9 o’clock. Registration starts at 8:30.

The cost of the course for one participant is 500 UAH.
