• All restrictions of the National Bank of Ukraine related to the transfer of foreign currency and the opening of foreign currency accounts, both domestically and abroad, are removed.
• All restrictions in cash settlements are removed. (With the exception of fees for movable and immovable property subject to state registration. Such property may be acquired only for non-cash funds).
• Enterprises and individuals have the right to make payments in foreign currency.
• Cancellation of NBU restrictions on the work of foreign banks in Ukraine.
