  • Financing and management of buildings is carried out by their owners - private or legal entities, including associations of co-owners of apartment buildings.
  • Building management mean: external and internal repair of buildings; ensuring the supply of electricity, gas, hot and cold water; water drainage from the building; garbage removal; improvement of the adjacent territory; construction, maintenance and repair of communications; connecting/disconnecting other buildings to their communications on a contractual basis; commercial use of the building; free choice of the provider of necessary services.
  • Owners of buildings independently decide which services for construction to receive directly from the suppliers of these services, and which services to receive through an intermediary - the management company.
  • Management companies can only be private. Both independent and created by a group of building owners for whose management they were created for.
